Organizational Ambidexterity as an Outcome of Quality Dimensions and Triple Helix: The Role of Technology Readiness and User Satisfaction

Advancing times and rapidly developing technology put pressure responsibility on the management of organizations. Organizational ambidexterity is a concept for an organization that can balance profitability with innovation development. This study examined relationship between triple helix quality dimensions organizational mediated by readiness user satisfaction to give advantage in addressing this problem. Quantitative analysis methods using PLS-SEM (Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling) were employed study. was conducted Indonesia 425 respondents participating data collection, 411 which declared valid after filtering. The results demonstrate role very significant other variables, such as readiness, also play essential role. framework presented may be helpful future research field. further developed research, especially adding new external variables change over time focusing more specific organization. At least, relevant researchers practitioners improve business helix, dimensions, readiness.
